Are your hospitals accredited?
Yes. We work only with hospitals that hold both JCI (Joint Commission International) and NABH accreditation. Our partner hospitals Medanta – The Medicity, Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket and Artemis Hospital Gurugram hold both, as do the other hospitals we suggest: BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Narayana Superspeciality Hospital Gurugram and Moolchand Hospital.
How does Healway Global work?
You send your reports. We obtain an opinion and written estimate from a partner hospital, help with the medical visa and travel, coordinate your treatment in India and support your follow-up after you return home.
Does sharing my reports commit me to anything?
No. Sharing your reports is only a way to get a hospital opinion and estimate. You decide whether to go ahead.
Who pays Healway Global?
Partner hospitals pay us a commission. You pay the hospital for treatment under its own estimate. If any separate service charge applies, we tell you in writing before you agree.
Which documents do I need to begin?
A short description of your condition, recent medical reports and scans, and a list of your medicines. You do not need everything at once.
How long does the visa take?
It depends on your country and the visa type, so we cannot give one number. We help you prepare the documents and the hospital invitation letter so the application is complete.
Can a family member travel with me?
Usually yes. India issues a medical attendant visa for relatives who accompany a patient. We help with the documents.
Can you guarantee my treatment result?
No. No one honestly can. Outcomes depend on your condition and the care you receive. We guarantee honest advice, clear estimates and careful coordination.
Which languages do you support?
We support patients in English, French and Arabic.
How is my medical information handled?
We use your reports to obtain a hospital opinion and plan your care, and we share them only with the hospitals that need them. See our privacy page for details.
What happens after I return home?
We help you collect your discharge summary and arrange follow-up consultations with the hospital, so your local doctor has the information they need.
